The conservation works of his tomb KV22 within the World Heritage property in Luxor was nearly completed under the previous phases of the project. However, the tomb is currently closed due to the unfinished conservation work and lack of management system. The phase 3 project aims to complete the conservation works of the wall paintins and the pillars in the tomb, develop Interpretation/presentation and safety measures to make the tomb ready for visitation with the enhanced capacity for heritage site management and sustainable tourism development.
