The project aims to make a strong impact both at the country and global levels. While outputs and activities under Outcome 1 target the empowerment of project stakeholders at the country level, Outcome 2 and corresponding outputs and activities benefit UNESCO Member States globally. This strategically formulated two-prong approach is expected to maximize the project's impact at different levels of stakeholders, from individual, institutional, national, regional to global.
