The project aims at applying a pan - European and innovative shallow geothermal solutions particularly targeting historical buildings, including UNESCO designated sites. The green technology to be developed will have specific characteristics, being easier to install, more cost-effective than the current solutions in the market, with drilling methodologies/machines well suited to operate in built heritage and environment and contributing to mitigate claimte change. Finally the proposed solutions will be tested in cooperation with the managing authority of the Ferrara, "City of the Renaissance, and its Po Delta".
