Working closely with the Chilean Ministry of Education, this project seeks to build Chilean K-12 teachers' competencies to leverage ICT to assist and facilitate hybrid pedagogical practices. The project proposes to achieve this by developing an appropriate ICT competency framework for teachers, producing tools to assess ICT skills, conducting ICT skills assessments, and linking the results to relevant training opportunities.
