This project aims to increase access to basic education equitably for marginalized and disadvantaged children in some districts of three provinces in Indonesia by improving and expanding flexible learning programmes/equivalent non-formal education. This approach will be carried out by 1) capacity development of government officials and teachers/facilitators of community learning centers; 2) programme implementation and expansion; and 3) communication and advocacy.
