Within the framework of the Mosul Initiative, this project proposal, aims at rehabilitating the so-called House of Payer, in the Old City of Mosul, as multi purpose educational and cultural center for the local community. It will be implemented within the framework of the Mosul Initiative and, as such, will contribute to the overall impact of strengthening the Moslawis capacity, including minorities, to lead the recovery of their city, safeguard their heritage and benefit from a peaceful coexistence.
