A conservation management plan, including as desk based study of the archival material, value based assessment and condition assessment of the physical fabric, in addition to some research and testing of original materials and techniques , will be developed for the International Fair at Tripoli, North Lebanon, one of the most iconic architectural achievements of the modern period in Lebanon designed by the Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer in the 1960s. the project will directly benefit the development of the World Heritage dossier including the identification of an outstanding universal value for the site and the definition of its authenticity and integrity.
