The project is part of the "peace and reconciliation agreement in Mali" resulting from the Algiers process in which the signatory parties express their attachment to the recognition and promotion of cultural diversity. The general objective of the project is to support the Government of Mali through cultural actors and the education system in the exploitation and promotion of knowledge and know-how, the revitalization of the mechanisms of traditional crisis management and provide significant support in its fight against Covid-19. It will build on the country's values ??with the aim of finding a healthy environment, and lasting peace and social cohesion.
