The Program 's main goal is to help young people in two rural areas of Peru to complete their secondary education (therefore, their entire basic education) with a life plan based on the development of integral skills to improve their citizen and productive inclusion and work in activities linked to local development in their communities. The programme promotes strengthening of intercultural rural secondary schools as part of the Peruvian national educational policy (systemic change). These schools will work in networks integrated to local development and will carry out flexible strategies to develop life skills and promote inclusion in the job market.
