Despite the considerable progress over the decades, there are still a substantial number of out-of-school children of school age in Viet Nam. The higher the level of education, the greater the share of out of school children. These children deserve stronger attention and support if Viet Nam is to ensure an equitable, inclusive quality and sustainable education for all. This project aims to increase equitable access to foundational and transferable skills and elementary vocational training development for out-of-school children (OOSC), in selected districts of two provinces, i.e., Vung Tau and Dong Thap, in Viet Nam.
