Project ID 585RAS1023

This project will help prepare developing countries to ratify and implement the Tokyo Convention based on fair and transparent recognition of qualifications. Through the project, the Asia-Pacific Network of National Information Centres (APNNIC) launched in September 2019 will become a more inclusive forum for information exchange on emerging recognition issues. Expected results include: 1) Increased understanding of the status and barriers to recognition of qualifications concerning higher education in Asia-Pacific; and 2) Improved national and regional participation in APNNIC. The project will promote a deeper understanding of fair recognition in Asia-Pacific to achieve SDG4.
