Under the overall authority of the Assistant Director-General for Culture, the general authority of the Director of World Heritage and the direct supervision of the Deputy Director of the World Heritage Centre, the incumbent shall contribute to the implementation of the 1972 World Heritage Convention and activities of the World Heritage Centre, especially: •Activities associated with the World Heritage and education, the UNESCO HUL Call for Action on HUL Recommendation, and matters relating to the implementation of the new UNESCO Logo Design Charter and Graphical Standards in the context of the World Heritage Convention. •Assist in other World Heritage Centre activities as necessary.
