Science has the power to cross borders and connect different peoples, communities, and societies. Science diplomacy builds on this power of science, using science as a tool to achieve foreign policy objectives and to promote peace and sustainable development. Activities will be aiming at (i) enhancing the role of scientific research and higher education in country policies and strategies for socio-economic development in SEE region; and (ii) promoting bilateral and regional cooperative agreements, within the SEE Region and to the pan-European dimension and beyond.
