This element concerns activities to develop professional/institutional capacities for the protection of cultural heritage in South-East Europe, with special focus on: - Enhancing the management of WH properties - Capacity building on the fight against illicit trafficking of cultural property; This element is complementary to activity 650RER6000 on improving the integrated management of UNESCO designated sites for sustainable development. The element will also be coordinated with RP funds decentralized to this Bureau, as well as with other relevant extrabudgetary projects, in order to match funds and create synergies whenever feasible and appropriate.
