The Eastern Caribbean Member States of Dominica, Grenada, St. Lucia, and St Vincent and the Grenadines will utilize the first Global Partnership for Education (GPE) Systems Capacity Grant (SCG) on the development/revision of individual national Education Sector Plans (ESP), and associated activities. The objective is to guide and support the preparation of an ESP for each of the four member countries. UNESCO will collaborate with the lead and regional consultants to support the national teams to effectively design, coordinate, implement, and assure the quality of the program of activities related to the preparation of robust and relevant Education Sector Plans in the four selected countries.
