Project ID 701RAS1000

The Pacific Regional Education Framework (PacREF) has established a new organizing framework for regional education support in the Pacific setting out agreed policy objectives, strategies and outcomes for regional education between 2019 and 2030. Its purpose is to 'raise the quality of education across the Pacific, to enhance learners' education outcomes, and to produce high quality graduates who are able to contribute economically and socially to their communities." The PacREF is aligned to Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG4, and Education 2030. It also responds to the Framework for Pacific Regionalism. UNESCO Office for the Pacific States is one of the Implementing Agencies.
