Les radios constituent un levier important pour impulser le développement local, Il est donc question ici de renforcer les radios communautaires du Bénin. Les cinq radios rurales locales qui existent au Bénin sont confrontées au problème de manque d'énergie électrique, l'absence de connexion à l'Internet, la vétusté des bâtiments et des équipements techniques, le manque de formation du personnel.
