This international technical cooperation project between UNESCO and SECADI/MEC aims to develop actions to collaborate to the improvement of educational quality from the perspective of inclusive and non-discriminatory policies. The project is based in strengthening of institutional capacity in the consolidation process of public educational policies implemented, notably through Articulated Action Plan - PAR under the Continuing Education Department, Literacy, Diversity and Inclusion - SECADI.
