This Project aims to promote the strengthening and modernizing cultural public policies in Federal District, considering its transversal and strategical dimension to sustainable and integrated development, based on several principles such as: valorization of cultural citizenship, widen access to cultural goods and rights, preservation of cultural and historical heritage, focusing on creative economy. In this sense, it's also aimed to position Brasilia as the cultural capital of Brazil, strengthening the concepts of avant-garde territory, originality, creativity where coexist diversity, tradition and innovation.
