The Project aims to strengthen a municipal policy of innovation, to modernize public service provision through improved communication channels with the citizens, the technical cooperation will diagnose, analyse and plan initiatives that are specific to the development of innovation indicators and the management of information through TICs in the municipality of São Paulo, to promote strategic use of innovation by the Municipal Secretariat of Innovation and Technology of the municipality of São Paulo as a tool to improve public municipal administration and improve the provision of services to citizens.
