The Ministry of Communications in Brazil main attribution is to plan and define the country's public communications policies, including broadcasting, Telecommunications, Portal Services and the federal government's communication policy. The constant technological evolution challenges the State to keep its regulatory framework up to date. In Cooperation with UNESCO the project will focus on strenthening institutional capacity observing international standards and trends in order to promote inclusive communication policies and information for all.
