Le projet viser à mettre en place un Système d'Information Géographique (SIG) pour les structures d'enseignement de base (préscolaire, primaire, alphabétisation et éducation non formelle), intégrant une cartographie numérique et offrant des possibilités d'accès facile aux données, indicateurs de scolarisation et aux tableaux de bord des localités et des établissements afin d'établir des mesures efficientes de carte scolaire pour l'appui efficace à la prise de décisions dans le processus de gestion et de pilotage du système éducatif.
