L'objectif général du projet consiste à promouvoir les savoirs et les savoir-faire liés à l'artisanat en encourageant et en soutenant leurs détenteurs pour qu'ils assurent leurs transmissions auprès d'une relève qui serait formée de jeunes. Une attention minutieuse sera accordée à la sauvegarde et au développement de ces savoir-faire séculaires.
