"Online Community Accelerator" (OCA) is an initiative to accelerate community-led developmental impact amidst the COVID-19 in a digital space. OCA aims to address the transformational needs of Civil Society Organizations through effectively communicating online, engaging community members online, equipping CSOs with digital capacity to advocate and mobilize resources online, and strengthening social cohesion through improving community resilience. The online community network will be built to exchange learning and mobilize digital civic engagement.
