In the 2022-2023 biennium, building on current progress and needs, the Quito cluster Office will focus on strengthening water education at all levels, in particular through supporting national IHP committees (CONAPHIS), and encouraging the creation of the Colombian CONAPHI. Also, the Office will encourage collective reflection and the exchange of experiences among Andean countries, related to water education challenges and priorities, through CONAPHIS as well as through eco-hydrology sites.
