This workplan will implement strategic directions defined within the regional Core support strategy for SETI Priorities and Implementation Means (https://bit.ly/coreSETIstrategyAP) including promoting HR development for technopreneurship and SETI, science technoparks and innovation incubators, and supporting engineering institutions qualification in the region. STEPAN as the umbrella support network to implement the regional strategy and strengthen institutional and human capacity in developing and implementing effective, inclusive science policies. The workplan will support the implementation of STEPAN action plan on SETI governance (https://bit.ly/STEPANActionPlan2021) specifically on SETI Cooperation and Collaboration for SDGs technologies.
