This activity aims to contribute to the protection of Tangible Heritage in Iraq, with a focus on the 3 sites on WH List in Danger, and those sites in need of urgent interventions. Technical support will be also provided to the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities and to the State Board of Antiquities for the effective implementation of the WH Committee's decisions, and the organization of Reactive Monitoring and Advisory missions. This activity may also contribute to the implementation of the Periodic Reporting and the participation of Iraqis in the capacity development workshops.
