This programme contributes to strengthening capacities to promote, monitor and measure the contribution of culture to the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development in Chile at the local and national level. In order to advance on policy dialogue and advocacy initiatives on culture and sustainable development, UNESCO will enhance inter-sectoral policy coordination and coherence for sustainable development from Culture Sector, considering the actual capacities to be strengthened among national and local authorities and organizations. The main lines of actions of the programme will be focused on cultural rights, creative economies, creative cities, indigenous languages, and arts education.
