Building on more than 30 years of expertise developed within the framework of different Silk Roads initiatives, UNESCO implement this project in order to encourage young researchers to research on the Silk Roads and empowering them to contribute to knowledge production on the diversity and potential of Silk Roads shared heritage. Moreover, this project will contribute to enhancing capacity of accurate and scientific research of young scholars, especially those from developing countries, thereby contributing to the training of future scholars and leadership of the participating countries.
